2021 PRESENTATION DINNER REPORT - FRIDAY 19th NOVEMBER
The Club Presentation Day on Friday 19th November at Nantwich Town Football Club was attended by 50 members and all agree that the evening went well. The dinner was enjoyed by everyone and we were all entertained during the meal by Paul Ray who performed a few magic tricks. This was followed by the presentation of prizes. Our President, Jim Moulton, handed over the cups and commemorative glasses to the winners and runners up, ably assisted by our Club Captain, Sam Grundy. We were then further entertained by a few more magic tricks from Paul.
The evening was completed by the raffle draw, with prizes ranging from a variety of alcoholic beverages to culinary delights and, of course, chocolate. It was decided that the proceeds from the raffle, a total of £70, will be passed to Children In Need.
Our thanks go Andy Latham and Pat Cornes, who between them did the main organising of entertainment, catering, paperwork, table settings etc. for the evening.

Like many other matches in recent weather the Barlows A match at Malpas Farmers was suspended for a while - our hosts kindly provided tea while we waited.

SOCIAL BOWLING EVENINGS are available when no matches are scheduled.

TUESDAYS - July 13th and 27th, August 17th and 24th, September 7th and 21st.
THURSDAYS - July 1st, 8th and 22nd, August 5th and 12th, September 2nd, 16th and 30th.

The BIG BOWLING WEEKEND was a great success, with 108 attendees aged from 3 to 70+ over the two days in lovely sunny Bank Holiday weather. Thanks to the hard work of committee and other members, everyone had a great time and some have applied for membership. The special equipment purchased by the club meant all ages could have a great time whilst learning the basics of crown green bowling. See pictures below.
